Justin D. Blaine
About
Justin Blaine is a Managing Director of The Mentor Group and Mentor Securities. He joined The Mentor Group in 2007, left for Morgan Stanley in 2008, and rejoined TMG in 2010. Justin’s specialty is financial analysis for business and IP valuation; sellside and buyside engagements; and, capital raising. He is an expert in the sports and entertainment industries. In addition, Justin has spent considerable time in buyside transactions. Justin was a former 6th round draft choice of the Philadelphia Phillies and spent three years in minor league baseball.
Some of the corporate transactions involving Mr. Blaine included management buyouts, acquisitions, debt financings, and private placements. He is adept at effecting strategies for growth and buyside activities.
Mr. Blaine joined The Mentor Group in 2007 and left to work at Morgan Stanley in 2008. Prior to his first start at the Mentor Group, he played professional baseball in the Philadelphia Phillies organization. He was a sixth round draft choice from the University of San Diego.
