PATRICK HODARA

Biography

Patrick Hodara is a Managing Director and Registered Representative of Mentor Securities, LLC. He has assisted clients both buyside and sellside engagements. In addition, he has capital markets expertise raising private equity. Patrick has worked extensively with European clients.

In these positions, Dr. Hodara completed acquisitions of businesses and licensing arrangements. In addition, he served as CEO and top management consultant in biotechnology, pharma, computer services and software, medical devices and information technology. He has worked closely with numerous venture capital and private equity firms.

Prior to joining Mentor Securities, Dr. Hodara was founder and CEO of Holdus Ventures, as well as CEO of LOR MANAGEMENT SERVICES. Past experience included a position as head of strategic planning at Novartis and product line manager at Ciba Geigy Ltd.
