D. JUSTIN BLAINE

Biography

Justin Blaine is a Managing Director of both Mentor Securities, LLC (FINRA Registered) and The Mentor Group, Inc. His experience spans financial analysis for valuing businesses and managing assignments for selling businesses. In addition, he has counseled clients on buying companies and capital raises.

Some of the corporate transactions involving Mr. Blaine included management buyouts, acquisitions, debt financings, and private placements. He is adept at effecting strategies for growth and buyside activities.

Mr. Blaine joined The Mentor Group in 2007 and left to work at Morgan Stanley in 2008. Prior to his first start at the Mentor Group, he played professional baseball in the Philadelphia Phillies organization. He was a sixth round draft choice from the University of San Diego.
